The Donovan Community Unit
School District #3 realizes the importance of a well-balanced K-12 life
long integrated technology learning program. It is our responsibility as
educators to enable our students and staff to thrive in today’s
technological society. Global society
dictates that our students must be technology literate or face a greater
chance of reduced success in the future job market. The skills learned
will benefit all aspects of the students and staffs academic career, now
and in future years to come. By using technology as a tool, teachers,
administrators, support staff, students and community members will
become more efficient and effective in all endeavors. Information
technology is ever changing and therefore we must encourage all our
students and staff to be flexible, forward thinking learners that are
able to adapt to the changes in a technology driven society.
